Concert dedicated to Estonian Independence Day.
This concert of Kaunas City Symphony Orchestra is a dedication to freedom. Because on February 24th, one of our neighbors is celebrating Independence. Estonia is celebrating freedom this day!
At the festive concert with the orchestra will perform violinist Dalia Kuznecovaitė. Erki Pehk, a maestro from Estonia, will stand at the conductor’s desk.
DALIA KUZNECOVAITĖ – one of the most prominent modern violin masters, her solo concerts are on the stages of the whole world. D. Kuznecovaitė has been playing the violin since the age of four, and as an eight-year-old she has been playing with the Lithuanian Chamber Orchestra since childhood and has been participating in prestigious international competitions. And of course, it boasts of becoming a laureate of many of them. The young violinist’s creative biography is also decorated with significant concerts with Lithuanian and foreign orchestras.
ERKI PEHK – conductor from Estonia, widely known throughout Europe. He has repeatedly conducted for the prestigious symphony orchestras of the Old Continent, and has produced numerous opera productions in the largest musical theaters. Lithuanian audiences also had several opportunities to hear the maestro’s works.
