17th December of 1770 was born the genius of classical music Ludwig van Beethoven.
Probably even those who are not interested in classical music have heard the story about masterpieces created by a hearing loss musician and have listened to his works at least once.
Life’s hardships left deep traces in this composer’s work. But for L. van Beethoven, all music lovers should be grateful for 9 symphonies, overtures for symphony orchestra, concerts for various instruments and orchestra, 16 string quartets, 32 piano sonatas. Beethoven also wrote opera “Fidelio”, oratorio “Christ on the Mount of Olives”, ballet “The Creatures of Prometheus ” and many other pieces recorded in the history of classical music, which became an inspiration to other creators.
In 2020, the world will celebrate the 250th anniversary of the composer’s birth.
